Galley Bay Resort and Spa on Antigua have guests raving about the healthy, fresh, greens, cherry tomatoes and micro greens served daily in any of their 3 restaurants. Caribbean Hydroponics helped Galley Bay develop a modest size screen house (1800 sf) that incorporates hydroponic technology to produce up to 1000 heads of lettuce/greens and 50 pounds of cherry tomatoes each week that go directly to their Michelin Chef. A Michelin Chef will only use the finest produce possible to prepare the most delicious salads and sides for their guests.
